Golang Job: Software Engineer Golang (m-f-d)

Your mission

• Actively participate in software development;
• Actively participate in team meetings by sharing opinion, domain knowledge and task complexity assessments;
• Solve control plane related tasks (Sigtran/Diameter messaging, gRPC messaging, can include routing and network configuration, troubleshooting);
• When required, gain knowledge required for understanding of key solution principles (AWS services, Serverless frameworks, CDK, Go, Gitlab CI/CD);
• Follow team organizational agreements;
• Participate in code review by sharing knowledge and proposing improvements;
• Be reachable during time slots agreed with the team and make sure team is aware when for some reasons it is not possible to ensure this reachability.

Our expectations

• Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar field
• Convinced of the “you build it - you own it” approach of E2E responsibility for your product and agile in mind
• At least around 2-3 years of solid Golang experience
• Some experience or willingness to learn and apply the 2nd programming language (either Java, Type Script, Python, C/C++)
• Solid understanding in Networking and API Design (gRPC, REST, Swagger)
• Experience or willingness to master IP networking and telco specific realms (mobile core network architecture, 3GPP standards and protocols, low-level packet processing at Linux kernel level or with DPDK) (BIG plus!)
• Experience with Git;
• Advanced Linux user;
• Hands-on in Clouds (preferably AWS) (BIG plus!)
• Experience with Docker and k8s (BIG plus!)
